Who We're Looking For:
- Active New Jersey Real Estate License
- 1+ year of real estate experience
- Minimum of 5 real estate sales in 2024
- Familiarity with investment transactions or desire to specialize in them
- Confident handling buyers, sellers, or investors in fast-moving deals
- Strong communication, follow-up, and deal analysis skills
Compensation: Commission-based, with a structured performance path to earn $100K+ within your first 18 months.
