Compensation:

Starting pay: $23.00 per hour and up, based on experience and qualifications.

• Annual pay increases with additional merit opportunities based on performance.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM

Occasional Saturdays: 6:45 AM – 3:45 PM

• Overtime may be required as business needs dictate and will be compensated in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws.

Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is a hands-on role responsible for directing daily activities within assigned accounts — including labor scheduling, inventory control, quality assurance, safety, and efficient space and equipment use.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and ensure timely order processing to meet client service goals.
• Maintain compliance with shipping, receiving, and inventory SOPs.
• Lead and motivate team members, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational goals.
• Train staff on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and company policies.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with Operations Management to resolve workflow and personnel issues.
• Ensure all safety protocols and PPE standards are followed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and secure work areas.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, productivity standards, and safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills — verbal, written, and electronic.
• Skilled in basic math, recordkeeping, and attention to detail.
• Experience with WMS, handheld technology, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to shifting demands.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism.
• Must successfully complete background and drug screening per company policy and applicable law.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:

• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance or equipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after required training.
• Work at heights up to 40 feet, as needed.
