What You'll Do:

  • Lead and train a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties.

  • Handle daily landscape maintenance tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weeding etc.

  • Ensure quality maintenance work is delivered in a safe and productive manner. 

  • Work with Account/Property Managers to keep jobs on schedule

  • Drive company truck/trailer; complete simple daily reports. 

  • Keep equipment clean organized, ready for the day.

Qualifications What you'll need:
  • Valid driver license is required

  • Experience working on large commercial properties is preferred.

  • 3+ years of landscape maintenance or crew-lead experience.

  • Ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment efficiently ( ie: zero-turn mower, push mower, edger, weed eater) 

  • Knowledge plants, proper pruning, and commercial maintenance techniques

  • Strong communicator and hands-on leader who motivates the crew

  • Ability to solve problems, stay efficient, and maintain safety standards

  •  Ability to work outdoors year-round in a variety of weather conditions

  • Able to lift and move 50+ lbs or more safely.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to walk, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, twist, and perform physical tasks for long hours.
  • Work in various outdoor conditions, including extreme temperatures and potential hazards.
  • Must stay alert while using machinery or driving.
