The Role
We are seeking a strategic and technically astute Product Manager to lead the development of our Intelligent Warehouse Hardware Solutions for the U.S. market. This role sits at the critical intersection of hardware engineering, software integration, and customer needs. You are the ideal candidate if you have a passion for smart logistics, a deep understanding of hardware development, and a proven track record of delivering B2B IoT solutions that customers love.
Key Responsibilities

- Hardware Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the cross-functional execution of hardware products from concept, design, and development through testing, launch, and end-of-life. Manage trade-offs between cost, schedule, features, and quality.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub between Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware), Industrial Design, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Go-to-Market & Commercialization: Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop compelling positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools. Drive successful product launches and support the sales cycle for strategic accounts.
- Product Performance: Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product usage data, and gather customer feedback to inform future iterations and the product roadmap.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.
