We are seeking self-motivated, energetic individuals to join our Special Events team As we expand our client portfolio, this entry-level role provides hands-on experience in marketing, event management, advertising, and public relations, with the opportunity to grow into campaign management.

Position Overview:
This role is a crucial member of the Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator. You'll gain exposure to multiple clients and campaigns, working closely with senior management to develop your skills and confidence in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies for events

  • Coordinate event activities, including setup, visual merchandising, and inventory control

  • Process and track event sales and results

  • Manage event logistics, timelines, and schedules

  • Serve as Event Manager when necessary

  • Act as an enthusiastic team member and mentor interns

  • Participate in hands-on training covering marketing, advertising, sales, PR, and management

Entry Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Journalism OR 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, customer service, brand promotions, or retail

  • Additional knowledge in product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution is a plus (full paid training provided)

  • Availability to work nights and weekends for events and promotions

  • Outgoing personality and ability to interact with diverse audiences

  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
