Lyndale Glass is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our Mt. Vernon team as a Scheduler / Customer Service / Office Assistant. This full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in enjoys values organization and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule customer appointments efficiently for our outside sales estimator.
  • Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate team member.
  • Learn about our products and services to confidently advise customers.
  • Assist with product sales and take basic orders, including collecting deposits.
  • Support customers during product pickup and payment.
  • Collaborate with office staff on daily tasks such as receiving inventory, filing, and organizational projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong multi-tasking abilities and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn Point-of-Sale software.
  • Ability to work well with diverse personalities in a dynamic environment.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
