We are looking for a candidate with a passion for patient care. One who thrives on being productive and doing something different from day to day. Our front office staff are the hub of this practice. A cadre of skills is needed in order to provide our patients with an exceptional office visit experience. This position requires travel. We are looking for a strong candidate that will be comfortable doing a variety of front office tasks and working in a different office 1-2 days a week. This is not your typical desk job and you will be completing a TEAM of 4 other AMAZING coworkers.

Must have completed high school or equivalent.

Computer literacy, efficient keyboarding, and experience with medical scheduling programs

EMR knowledge

Medical Office experience

Insurance eligibility knowledge is a plus

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Desires to be part of a high functioning front office TEAM

Address patients, visitors, and co-workers in a pleasant and respectful manner.

Maintains the dignity and confidentiality of all patients.

Pays close attention to detail, reviewing all patient information thoroughly for errors.

Must be able to work independently on a project.

Shift is 8a-4p Monday- Friday

*This position is based in our home office in Lafayette, but candidate must be willing to travel 1-2 days a week to Logansport, Kokomo, Winamac, or Williamsport with our doctor.
