Aretas Solutions is a business marketing and sales firm specializing in business sales and strategic growth for industry leading telecommunication clients. We are eagerly seeking motivated and career-focused entry level professionals to join us as our next AT&T Management Trainees to support our rapidly growing AT&T business sales campaign in Grand Rapids. The AT&T Management Trainee position is ideal for someone looking to develop hands-on experience in sales, account management, and team leadership within the sales and client services industry. The AT&T Management Trainee will support sales operations, manage client relationships, and assist with the training and management of team members.

As an AT&T Management Trainee, you will work directly with business clients to provide AT&T's products and solutions. You'll identify client needs, present tailored service options, and manage accounts with accuracy and professionalism. The AT&T Management Trainee role is ideal for individuals who are interested in advancing into management through strong sales performance and customer success.

Responsibilities of an AT&T Management Trainee:

  • Work directly with business clients to present AT&T's advanced products and solutions.
  • Manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure top-tier service delivery.
  • Achieve sales goals through consultative selling and account management.
  • Contribute to training sessions that increase team performance and communication.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to improve outreach strategies.
  • Represent Aretas Solutions and AT&T in meetings and client interactions.

Qualifications of an AT&T Management Trainee:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong desire to learn business operations and management practices.
  • Natural problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1, $1,400.00 per week
