As the Head Chef, you will lead our culinary team in creating exceptional dining experiences that delight our guests. What you'll do

- Supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
- Manage food production processes, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation across all dishes.
- Oversee inventory control, maintaining optimal stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Coordinate catering services for special events, delivering memorable culinary experiences.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting their professional growth within the culinary field.
- Handle shift management effectively, ensuring smooth operations during peak service times.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a kitchen environment, preferably as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
Preferred qualifications
- Extensive experience in fine dining establishments with a strong focus on culinary excellence.
- Background in banquet operations and catering services.
- Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and experience working with dietary departments.
- Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food service management, and restaurant management.
- Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
