Senior Operations Manager

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an experienced Sr Repair Operations Manager to lead our Device Care Center's repair operations, ensuring seamless performance across production, engineering, quality, logistics, and material handling.
This is an onsite role in our Lewisville TX facility.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Oversee all shift production and repair operations, including invasive and non-invasive services
- Lead and support cross-functional teams to meet production goals and customer expectations
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and materials teams to optimize workflow and inventory
- Hire, train, and develop supervisors and technicians across multiple shifts
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and service level agreements
- Manage departmental budgets and operational expenses
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in production/repair operations leadership
- Proven experience managing hourly teams in a manufacturing or repair environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Experience in ISO 9001 or R2-certified operations is a plus
- Familiarity with wireless device repair or OEM manufacturing is highly desirable
- Master's degree preferred

Pay Range:
$86, $143,700.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
