Job Description for Superintendent of Concrete Division

Our client is a family owned and operated General Construction company based in Reno,

Nevada specializing in multi-family, hospitality, and commercial projects.

We are looking for a superintendent to direct and oversee all concrete construction activities for our

concrete division. This includes bidding, estimating, scheduling, staffing and subcontractor

relationships. Provided the candidate meets the minimum requirements listed below, the salary will be

$200,000 per year plus benefits.

Minimum requirements:

Five (5) years experience as superintendent in full charge of poured-in-place, self-perform concrete

construction for multi-level structures. This includes forming, placing, and finishing with company labor

as distinguished from sub-contractors.

Experience with hot and cold weather concrete.

Must have demonstrated a history of estimating and delivering on time and on budget projects.

Computer skills required are, Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project,

and PDF viewer/Bluebeam.

The successful candidate must live in Reno or be willing to relocate to the Reno area
