Garonit Pharma is growing and we're looking for a hands-on, driven leader to help us. As Associate Director of Operations, you will oversee manufacturing, facility setup, CAPEX projects, automation, and team leadership. This is a critical role in our growth journey, responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring our facility is qualified, compliant, and production-ready.
What You'll Do
- Drive day-to-day operations — ensuring safety, compliance, and productivity.
- Lead setup, commissioning, and qualification of the cGMP facility.
- Oversee installation, validation, and ramp-up of formulation and packaging lines.
- Manage CAPEX planning, vendor coordination, and automation projects.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of 70–80 professionals across production, engineering, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with leadership at other Garonit Pharma sites to align on best practices and business goals.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or related).
- 5–10 years of pharma manufacturing experience, ideally in formulation operations.
- Strong background in facility setup, qualification, and CAPEX execution.
- Experience with automation systems and equipment installation.
- Proven leadership managing large cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally (5–10%).
