We are a fast-paced event production company dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through creative design, high-quality fabrication, and seamless on-site execution. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team.
Position Overview
The Scenic Support plays a key role in supporting event production both in the warehouse and on job sites. This role includes prepping, building, loading, and maintaining event materials, as well as providing hands-on assistance with installation and strike of scenic elements onsite.
This is a physically active role requiring strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Pull, prep, and organize scenic, AV, staging, and event materials for upcoming jobs
- Assist with fabrication, painting, carpentry, and basic repairs as needed
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Conduct inventory checks and report damaged or missing items
On-Site Event Support
- Assist with event load-in, setup, operation, and teardown
- Assemble and position scenic pieces, staging, drape, and event décor
- Follow direction from Project Managers, Crew Leads, and Technical Directors
- Ensure all equipment and scenic elements are handled with care
Qualifications
- Prior experience in stagehand, theatrical, scenic, warehouse, or event production roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and hardware
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
- Clean driving record - experience driving 26' truck

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
