About Porch Light Productions
At Porch Light, we are building characters — developing confident, creative, and compassionate individuals through performing arts education. Our mission is to inspire growth, teamwork, and artistic excellence through high-quality performances and learning experiences that empower students both on and off the stage.
About the Positions
We are hiring two Production Assistants to support our performance season and educational programs:

These are hands-on, execution-based roles that support the creative team's vision — assisting with the construction, preparation, organization, and maintenance of production elements. Working under the supervision of the Production Managers, the Production Assistants ensure that rehearsals and performances run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain professional experience in theatrical production and grow into future Coordinator or Lead roles within our organization.

- Maintain costumes and accessories (laundering, labeling, repairs, organization).
- Manage costume changes and backstage coordination during performances.
- Support storage, inventory, and upkeep of costume stock and wardrobe spaces.
Shared Responsibilities

- Safely transport production elements between locations as needed.
- Ensure safe use and storage of all tools, materials, and equipment.
- Collaborate with staff and students to support rehearsal and performance needs.
