Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Skills: Learn to cut, duplicate, and program car keys and remotes, becoming proficient in relevant technology.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Sales Development: Assist in customer acquisition, sales transactions, and relationship building.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain precise records of customer information and transactions.
  • Team Collaboration: Support team efforts through consistent technical performance and sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to pass all required background checks and maintain a clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Report required).
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Comfort with physically active tasks, including working in and around vehicles, testing keys, and retrieving VINs.
