Sanitary Welder

We're looking for an experienced Sanitary Pipe Welder who can TIG weld stainless steel tubing and fittings with precision and cleanliness. The ideal candidate has experience working with sanitary systems, understands quality and inspection standards, and takes pride in producing clean, consistent welds.

Responsibilities:

• TIG weld stainless steel tubing and fittings (primarily 304/316).
• Assemble and fit sanitary process piping systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and P&IDs.
• Perform weld prep, fit-up, and final inspection to ensure compliance with sanitary standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Collaborate with the fabrication and installation teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of TIG welding experience (sanitary/food-grade preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sanitary fitting types (Tri-Clamp, Butt Weld, etc.).
• Ability to weld thin-wall stainless steel (16–20 gauge).
• Able to read and work from technical drawings.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical plant installations.
• Orbital welding experience (a plus, but not required).
• Fabrication experience (conveyors, frames, skids, etc.).
