Physician Assistant (PA) – Fargo, ND

Full-Time | On-Site

Pay: $133,990–$164,570 per year

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join a high-performing medical team in Fargo, ND. This role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced specialty environment. The PA will work collaboratively with physicians, perform clinical assessments and procedures, and support overall clinic operations. Candidates with strong procedural backgrounds and fine motor skills are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain patient histories, perform comprehensive physical exams, and assess retinal/related conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Perform in-clinic procedures within scope of practice.
  • Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, procedures, and care plans.
  • Support clinic operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited PA program with active North Dakota PA license.
  • Prior PA experience required (new graduates not accepted).
  • Strong procedural background preferred.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient-care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Schedule & Work Expectations

  • Full-time, on-site in Fargo, ND.
  • On-call rotation required once fully ramped.
  • Expected patient load: 30–40 per day, based on practice style.
  • Must relocate before starting (relocation assistance possible).
