This is a rare opportunity to join our team as a service advisor at an Acura dealership with a great customer base. 

This is the job and dealership for you if you have a track record of high sales and top client relationship scores.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Chevy Chase Acura customers have an expectation experience and trust us for all their automotive requirements  
  • Watch and greet customers in the Service Lane.
  • Provide a high level of customer service for all inquiries by  phone, text, email, or in-person
  • Be the liaison between our customers and  technicians
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with inbound customer requests 
  • Greeting customers promptly at their vehicle
  • Completing estimated and Repair Order to standards
  • Provide customer benefits of completing recommended service

Compensation & Benefits:

Commission pay
Potential to earn between $50,000 to $100,000 annually
Medical, dental, and vision insurance

Employee vehicle leasing program offering a lease allowance payment of up to $400 per month
