We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for reporting and communication purposes.
  • Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Process cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong computer skills for navigating various software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
