The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO and the Leadership Team, ensuring focus, alignment, and execution across key projects and partnerships.

This role is central to managing high-impact projects, coordinating cross-functional work, and translating strategy into disciplined action. Acting as both a strategic advisor and an execution leader, the Chief of Staff will streamline priorities, strengthen communication, and drive accountability across teams and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills. They thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by the mission to transform the way people lead, collaborate, and deliver results with great sense of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Experience: 4–6+ years in a Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or strategic operations role within a fast-paced, founder-led, or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Leadership Support: Proven success supporting a Founder, CEO, or thought leader — with the ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and drive execution.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and track multiple high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with C-suite executives, clients, and partners.
  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to build alignment and trust across diverse internal and external teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, HubSpot, Otter, and iMessage (iPhone required).
  • Organization & Prioritization: Skilled at managing complex schedules, streamlining workflows, and ensuring structured follow-through on priorities.
  • Professionalism & Discretion: Exercises sound judgment and maintains confidentiality in all matters.
  • Time Zone Alignment: Must be available to work and communicate effectively during Pacific Time Zone (PST) hours.
