Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking to add to our team a full time, on-site, highly experienced and strategic Senior ERP Solutions Architect to work with the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management). This role will be responsible for aligning ERP architecture and other systems with business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration across platforms. This position reports to the IT Applications Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and roadmap of ERP and other systems across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Oversee ERP integrations with other enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, financial platforms, product configurator etc.).
  • Extensive experience with project management, testing strategies and implementations.
  • Experience with Agile methodology and Microsoft DevOps desired.
  • Ensure all systems are performance optimized and secure, data integrity, security, and compliance following business and technical standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ERP developers and business analysts.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements and forward-looking solutions for ERP and supporting systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all system architecture, processes, and business & technical standards.

Requirements
Qualifications
:

  • 10+ years of experience in ERP systems architecture and implementations.
  • Deep expertise in one or more ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Business Central)
  • Experience with multiple legal entities, business units, and geographies desired.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain management, and operations.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency in integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
  • Familiarity with ISV solutions and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure services, and integration tools.
  • Proficient skills in data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL and Data Warehousing platforms.
