Location: Our premium locations (Irvine and Los Alamitos) & Remote Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (4 days in-shop, 1 remote/floating day)

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Wage + Uncapped Commission Structure

The Mission

Mr. Inkwells is the highest-rated tattoo and piercing studio in California, and we are experiencing massive growth We are currently too busy and need a sales minded superstar to own the client experience, drive new business, and prepare for our expansion.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to get in with the top team in the industry and play a critical role in our explosive growth.

What You'll Be Doing (The Core Responsibilities)

This is a fast-paced role where you are the first impression for our new and current clients for Mr. Inkwells.

  • Sales & Phone Conversion (50%): You will be the full-time phone answerer, converting high-volume incoming calls into booked appointments and consultations. Your goal is to get people in the door.

  • In-Shop Client Experience (30%): You will professionally greet, qualify, and assist walk-in clients, ensuring no business is missed and every client receives 5-star service the moment they arrive.

  • Social Media Growth (20%): Create engaging, high-quality Reels and Posts for our social media channels to generate buzz, showcase our work, and drive new inbound business.

  • Administrative/Remote Work: On your remote day, you will handle follow-ups, scheduling, outreach, and administrative tasks.

The Schedule

You will be essential to covering our busiest days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in our locations. You will have one flexible floating day per week to work remotely.
