Schedule:

  • Ranging between 3-12 hours per week
  • After-school hours
  • Shift starting at approx. 3:30p after school

What You'll Do:

  • Encourage independence and skill building through positive interactions
  • Assist with daily routines and community activities
  • Create a safe, fun, and empowering environment
  • Provide direct support, companionship, and guidance
  • You'll be the mentor, role model, and hype person
  • Encourage creativity, learning, and confidence building in everything you do
  • Celebrate milestones, big or small, and help youth thrive emotionally, socially, and academically
