About the Role:
Our client is looking for a
Business Process Analyst
to help drive process improvements and operational excellence across their organization. This role partners with teams across manufacturing, supply chain, and other operational areas to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and support system improvements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze and improve manufacturing and supply chain processes to boost efficiency and accuracy. This includes, but is not limited to: shop floor operations, BOMs (Bill of Materials), BOOs (Bill of Operations), item master, work centers, costing, manufacturing planning, planned MOs (Manufacturing Orders), product structures, forecasting, sales orders, fulfillment, delivery schedules, invoicing, vendor performance, and other related systems.
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and leadership to implement ERP and workflow enhancements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help teams make data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics, including practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP in Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions.
- Knowledge of Manufacturing or Supply Chain principles, with strong collaborative skills in a team setting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator.
