Job Summary:

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, physically strong, and eager to contribute to a collaborative warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment
  • Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and inventory duties
  • Unload incoming shipments, inspect merchandise, and organize inventory
  • Load outgoing shipments onto delivery trucks safely and efficiently
  • Properly store and relocate stock in designated warehouse areas
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse, including loading areas
  • Manage recycling materials (e.g., bundling cardboard) and organize supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in an orderly condition
  • Support training of new team members on warehouse procedures
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflow and organization
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred (not required)
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
