We currently are looking for a highly motivated person that excels in production and customer service to add to our management team. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills, a team first mentality, and retail management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail management and team supervision
  • Strong skills in inventory management and control
  • Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with stocking procedures
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Responsibilities Include

  • Leading, coaching and developing your team including managing breaks
  • Create positive customer relationships including handling customer questions and complaints
  • Maintaining the highest quality standards
  • Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
  • Providing sales support and monitoring sales performance
  • Performing minor car wash repairs and maintenance
  • Maintaining a safe work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
