Duties

  • Perform thorough carpet cleaning using home care cleaning equipment and techniques.
  • Conduct floor care procedures such as buffing, polishing, stripping, sealing, and waxing to restore shine and prolong the life of various flooring surfaces.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of residential spaces by carpet and floor cleaning.
  • Utilize environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices to promote sustainability and safety for clients.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment properly, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules efficiently and complete multiple projects within designated timeframes.
  • Keep detailed records of services performed, supplies used, and any maintenance issues encountered during jobs.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and carpet cleaning methods.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
  • Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift equipment or supplies, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client needs.
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills within the commercial cleaning industry.
