The Role

As an Appointment Setter, you are the face of Bluebonnet Roofing Pros. Your mission is simple: engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods, educate them on roof health and potential storm damage, and schedule free, no-obligation inspections for our Project Managers.

What You'll Do:

• Neighborhood Outreach: Engage homeowners through door-to-door canvassing or local events to identify roofing needs.
• Consultative Education: Help homeowners understand the benefits of a professional inspection and the insurance claim process.
• Lead Generation: Set quality appointments that result in real solutions for our customers.
• CRM Management: Use our mobile tools to track leads and ensure excellent follow-up.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: You are comfortable talking to strangers and can explain complex ideas simply.
• Resilience: You have a positive attitude and the "grit" to handle rejection with a smile.
• Motivation: You are a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based, high-earning environment.
• Mobility: Ability to be on your feet and walk neighborhoods (Reliable transportation is a must).
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kyle, Buda, and South Austin area is a plus.
