What You'll Do:

This is your opportunity to take control of your career by
directing
the sales process for RVs and Yachts and be a big part of something big.

  • Collaborate and connect
    with buyers and sellers to bring them together and close the sale
  • Initiate and deliver
    on sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities
  • Build
    strong client relationships and
    support
    them through the sales process
  • Produce
    high-quality photos of listings at their location
  • Share expertise
    in sales analytics and CRM software to drive results

  • Demonstrated understanding
    of the sales process and a
    proven track record
    in meeting sales targets
  • Motivation
    to work independently and
    plan
    your own success
  • Strong interpersonal skills
    that connect you to our values and help
    build rapport
    with clients
  • Commitment
    to a commission-only compensation structure
  • Agreeing
    to obtain necessary state licensing (FL, VA, CO, or CA) at your expense, if applicable
  • Ready to dedicate
    hours per week and attend comprehensive training sessions
