Job Overview

We are seeking a line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking with pace and precision. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests while maintaining the standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Attention to detail in food presentation
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14 per hour start

Expected hours: 60 – 70 per week
