Vanguard Business Consultants is seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our Greenville team as AT&T Assistant Trainees. This is more than just a role, it's an opportunity to step into a position and gain experience in the telecom space to build a career from the ground up. In this AT&T Assistant Trainee position, you will work directly with local businesses to introduce AT&T's full suite of services, including wireless, internet, and solutions, helping them improve connectivity, streamline operations, and support growth.

As an AT&T Assistant Trainee, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, guiding business owners through service options, explaining features and benefits, and ensuring each customer understands the solutions that best fit their needs. You will gain experience in all aspects of the sales process, from initial outreach and relationship-building to presenting products and closing deals. Every interaction will give you the chance to sharpen your communication skills, develop problem-solving abilities, and learn strategies for success in a competitive, goal-oriented environment.

AT&T Assistant Trainee Role Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell AT&T business wireless, internet, and bundled services to local businesses.
  • Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Assess business communication needs and recommend customized AT&T solutions that drive results.
  • Manage the sales process from initial consultation to service activation and installation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, account updates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on product releases, promotions, and industry trends to provide customers with accurate and timely solutions.

AT&T Assistant Trainee Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Interesting in growing within a role and learning new skills to develop
  • Reliable transportation is recommended.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $4,500.00 per month
