Summary

As a Daycare Teacher at Wee Knights Child Development Center, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children. This position is essential for promoting their development and ensuring they thrive in a supportive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
  • Foster a safe and nurturing environment for children to explore and grow.
  • Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
  • Encourage social interaction and cooperation among children through group activities.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support children's emotional needs by providing guidance and encouragement.

Requirements

  • Experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with children and parents effectively.
  • Ability to manage a classroom environment positively and constructively.
  • Prefer Candidate to have or working on either a CDA or an Associates degree in Early Childhood education.
