We are seeking a skilled Traveling Carpenter Foreman to join our team. This unique role will travel nationwide focusing on hands-on carpentry and construction, and transitions into a Traveling Foreman position managing projects nationwide.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform carpentry and construction tasks, including rough and finish carpentry, structural builds, and custom assemblies.

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality.

  • Support safe, organized, and efficient job sites.

  • Collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

  • Grow into a leadership role by supervising crews, enforcing safety standards, and overseeing project timelines.

  • Travel nationally to manage field projects when needed and working locally during downtime

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience (including trade school or higher education), with at least 2–3 years in carpentry, construction, or foreman-related roles.

  • Strong carpentry skills, blueprint reading, and knowledge of construction methods.

  • Leadership experience or readiness to grow into a supervisory role.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 45 weeks per year)

  • OSHA certification and valid driver's license required (additional certifications a plus).
