Job Description

Note- Only W2 resource, No C2C

Overview:

· Analyze variances between actual and budgeted expenses to identify areas for cost savings.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the G&A department. These financial statements summarize the G&A department's financial performance over a specific period of time.

· Create financial reports and presentations to communicate financial results to senior management. Senior Financial Analysts take the data they analyze and turn it into presentations that clearly explain the G&A department's financial health to senior managers.

· Support the budgeting process by developing and maintaining G&A department budgets. They play a key role in creating and maintaining the budget for the G&A department, which outlines how much money the department can spend in each area.

· Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support various business initiatives. Beyond their regular duties, G&A Senior Financial Analysts may be asked to do special analysis projects to support different business needs.

· Stay up-to-date on accounting policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting. The financial data they analyze and report on needs to be accurate, so staying up-to-date on the latest accounting rules is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a senior financial analyst role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite or Adaptive).
