Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and execute development plans and strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality engineering
• Drive device and package qualification, ensuring that all products meet the required specifications and quality standards
• Lead efforts to improve front-end (FE) and back-end (BE) test yields, identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency
• Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future failure
• Mentor and foster young engineers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and initiate innovations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PTE team
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that development projects are aligned with business objectives and customer needs

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IC development and manufacturing, with a focus on NPI projects
• Strong technical expertise in integrated circuits, semiconductor devices, integrated analog and digital IC circuit theory, high-volume test methodologies of integrated circuits and semiconductor fabrication processes
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in guiding and developing junior engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability todrive complex technical issues to resolution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Minimum of $ 167,400 salary per year

Maximum of $ 230,000 salary per year

In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
