- Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Own IAM strategy and execution, including identity lifecycle, credentialing, SSO, MFA, and privileged access.
- Partner with Product Engineering and Product Management to ensure secure, seamless access experiences for customers and employees.
- Vulnerability Management
- Direct vulnerability management programs across infrastructure, applications, and products.
- Ensure timely remediation and clear reporting of security posture to executives and customers.
- Incident Response & Resilience
- Lead the global incident response program, including playbooks, readiness exercises, and cross-functional coordination.
- Own business continuity and disaster recovery (BC/DR) planning and testing, ensuring organizational resilience and customer confidence.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership & Strategy – 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role balancing strategic vision with tactical execution.

- Vulnerability Management – Strong experience building and leading vulnerability management programs for infrastructure, applications, and products, including risk-based prioritization, remediation workflows, and executive reporting.
- Collaboration & Communication – Excellent ability to partner with executive leadership, customers, engineers, and product teams, translating complex security challenges into clear, actionable guidance.
- Compliance Knowledge – Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and related standards.
