What To Expect
The Division Agility Associate will be assigned to various roles across the Operations Division to meet ever-changing business needs. Individuals in this role are expected to perform the duties and responsibilities of the assigned role and gain operational insight into processes and the customer experience across the Operations Division to support the Division's Agility strategy.
What You Will Do
- Perform assigned roles in Servicing, Collections, Consumer Credit, or Remarketing and meet established business goals and objectives.
- Participate in professional development aligned with the Agility team and support key initiatives through special projects and process improvements.
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 2-4 years' related experience in a fast-paced call center environment performing Collections, Servicing, Credit or Funding role.
- Automotive industry preferred
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.
- Demonstrated mindset of continual learning, initiative, flexibility, adaptability, and critical thinking skills.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge with Microsoft Office Windows including Word and Excel.
- Strong communication skills to clearly communicate thoughts and ideas to peers and customers.
- Strong listening skills to understand direction and interact with customers.
- Strong negotiation skills to negotiate mutually beneficial arrangements with the customer.
- Ability to utilize various skip tracing tools (where applicable).
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
