We're hiring an Inventory Team Lead who's ready to roll up their sleeves (and maybe a few boxes) to keep our warehouse running tight and accurate. You'll help maintain real-time stock integrity, support shipping and receiving, and guide your team to hit every count with confidence. What You'll Do

Lead daily inventory tasks including receiving, shipping, stock organization, and internal auditsTrack and update stock levels using inventory software with a high level of accuracyFlag low stock, miscounts, or other discrepancies for fast resolutionKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and optimized for safe workflowWork cross-functionally with logistics, purchasing, and compliance teamsAssist with product labeling, tagging, and barcodingTrain and guide team members to follow SOPs, meet productivity goals, and stay compliantSupport compliance documentation and reporting for all inventory-related activities

What You'll Bring

1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operationsExperience in the cannabis industry is a plusStrong attention to detail and the ability to spot and solve problems fastAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for full shiftsData entry skills and comfort using inventory systemsA team-first mindset and clear communicationMust be at least 21 years of ageMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with state lawMust be able to pass a background check and fingerprint clearance

Must meet all state requirements to work in a licensed cannabis facilityAbility to lift, carry, and move heavy boxes or inventoryStanding, walking, bending, and repetitive movement for extended periodsComfortable working in a warehouse environment with temperature variation and occasional odors
