Job Description

Candidate must possess the knowledge and ability to spray material on components. Must be able to pass the color eye test and be able to distinguish wood species and make color decisions. Candidate will also perform all other duties as assigned. This position is available on night shift only.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • Prior experience in industrial spraying techniques is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to distinguish between various wood species is essential.
  • Must successfully pass a color vision test to ensure accuracy in color matching and application.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards are crucial.
  • Ability to work independently during night shift hours is required.
  • Willingness to undergo rigorous training for those without prior experience, demonstrating a serious commitment to mastering the necessary skills.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle spraying equipment is necessary.
  • Compliance with all safety protocols and willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment is mandatory.
