Location: West Allis (near Greenfield, Hales Corners, and New Berlin)

Pay: $18–$22 per hour

Hours: Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week. Typical hours are weekday late mornings and afternoons (approximately noon–6:00 pm).

Job Summary

Ultimate Life Chiropractic is a small, patient-focused solo practice in West Allis (near Wauwatosa). I'm hiring a dependable, friendly, organized Chiropractic Assistant to run the front desk and help manage day-to-day office operations so the doctor can focus on patient care. Training is provided. This role has growth potential for the right person.

Duties

  • Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
  • Answer phones, return messages, and schedule appointments
  • Collect payments and run transactions (Square)
  • Keep the schedule running smoothly and rooms turned over/cleaned
  • Maintain a clean, organized office (daily closing tasks)
  • Support ChiroTouch workflow (training provided)
  • Assist with AI scribe workflow coordination (training provided)
  • Basic billing support tasks as trained (verifying info, statements, follow-ups)
  • Reactivation/outreach to inactive patients using scripts provided

Qualifications

  • Reliable and punctual (non-negotiable)
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people
  • Comfortable with computers/technology and learning new systems
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
  • Coachable and willing to be trained
  • Prior chiropractic/medical office experience is a plus, but not required
