Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in College Station, TX. The CFO will oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and financial health. Key responsibilities include managing financial reporting, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing strategic insights to guide business decisions. The CFO will collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies, ensure compliance, and optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Financial Planning and strategic decision-making
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
  • Strong background in Finance and Financial Reporting
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to lead and manage financial teams effectively
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
