We're looking for a Sales Representative who is passionate about relationship building, account growth, and representing a brand with purpose. If you're driven, personable, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with dispensary partners through consistent communication, check-ins, and follow-up.
  • Sales Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities that align with company goals.
  • Promotions & Education: Coordinate and execute promotions, patient education days (PEDs), and product training to increase engagement and sales performance.
  • Partnership Growth: Collaborate with buyers, budtenders, and account staff to drive product awareness, maximize sell-through, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales team to support new brand rollouts, in-store materials, and local marketing events.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Track sales performance and account feedback; contribute insights during team strategy sessions and performance meetings.
  • Travel: Regular travel to accounts across Ohio to maintain an in-person presence and build strong regional relationships.

Ideal Candidate

  • Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities across accounts.
  • Sales or account management experience (preferred but not required).
  • Passionate about education, customer experience, and brand representation.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $35,000-$50,000
  • Commission: Performance-based sales commissions
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile
  • Health insurance stipend
  • Schedule: Full-time, flexible schedule depending on account needs
