Production Associate (Warehouse Operations)

Location: Houston, TX – new facility operations begin November 3, 2025

Rate: $18/hour + full-time benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)

Role Summary:

As a Production Associate, you'll support the daily operations of our warehouse by assembling, labeling, and preparing fragrance products for shipment. You'll work closely with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure every product meets Scentiment's quality standards and ships on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and package fragrance products, bundles, and gift sets according to order specifications
  • Label, tag, and stage items for picking, packing, and shipping
  • Collaborate with production leads to meet daily output and quality goals
  • Support other warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory, and order fulfillment as needed
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in production, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Dependable, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
  • Willingness to start November 3 and grow with the new facility
