We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization team in Sierra Vista, AZ. As a Cath Lab RN, you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for cardiac catheterization procedures and monitor vital signs throughout.
- Assist cardiologists and interventional teams during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
- Administer medications, monitor hemodynamics, and provide post-procedure care.
- Educate patients and families on procedures, recovery, and cardiac health.
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
- Active Arizona RN license.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac or critical care setting.
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Cath Lab or cardiac/critical care settings.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
