Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with a strong commitment to social justice to join our dynamic litigation team. This role focuses on employment and civil litigation matters, including class actions, in both state and federal courts.

The Associate attorney will focus on employment, consumer rights, and general commercial litigation. They represent both plaintiffs and defendants in state court, federal court, and administrative agency proceedings. Upon joining, the Associate attorney can expect to take on major case responsibility - including depositions, dispositive motions, and trial. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys a diverse litigation practice within a supportive, mission-driven environment. They offer a flexible hybrid work model and offices in downtown San Francisco.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • In accordance with California's pay transparency law, the expected annual salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $170,000, commensurate with experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Your actual pay will depend on your experience and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

Qualifications:

  • At least five (5) years of litigation experience in state and federal courts;
  • Employment law and class action experience is a plus;
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills;
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills;
  • Commitment to social justice;
  • California Bar admission.
