A-Level Automotive Technician – Join the Dream Team in Yorktown, VA$45–$55/hr Flat Rate | $110K–$140K Annual Potential. Monday–Friday Schedule | Weekends Off

What You're Walking Into

  • 10,000+ sq ft shop with 11 bays and 10 two-post lifts
  • Climate-controlled (heat in winter, A/C in summer)
  • Hunter alignment rack + tools that actually work
  • High car count = real hours (techs average 40–50, some hit 70+)

Vehicle Mix & Tech Stack

  • 60% Domestic, 30% Asian, 10% Euro (we've got a Euro guy)
  • Autel scan tools
  • Mitchell 1 shop management software
  • Bolt On DVIs

Who We're Hiring

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience
  • Confident with timing chains, R&R engines/transmissions, diagnostics, and electrical
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • ASE certs are a plus, but not required
  • Pay based on what you bring to the table—our top tech is pacing $140K this year
