Job Description
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Commercial Patrol Driver in Minneapolis, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. Learn more: As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor assigned locations, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide a visible presence. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will interact with the public, deliver exceptional customer service, and respond to routine situations, all while embodying our values of agility, reliability, teamwork, and integrity.

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions as required by the location.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.Access control or badge experience is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Closing
