Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - eCommerce & Salesforce Platforms

Location: Miramar, FL - Hybrid

Contract to Hire

Requirements gathering, eCommerce / Salesforce platforms, SQL, fluency in SDLC, vendor management, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google)

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:
Meeting with stakeholders from various departments to understand business problems, needs, and goals.

Data Analysis:
Collecting, auditing, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Solution Development:
Outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions that may include new products, services, workflows, or technical programs.

Documentation:
Creating detailed business analyses, requirements documents, process flows, user stories, and reports for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Communication:
Translating complex business and technical concepts into clear, understandable language for both business and technical teams.

Process Improvement:
Identifying and recommending ways to optimize business processes, systems, and services to increase efficiency.

Project Support:
Supporting the implementation of proposed solutions and monitoring their performance to ensure they meet objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and conduct in-depth research.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for explaining findings and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Translate operational requirements into functional specifications
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data analytics, and business process management
  • Ability to identify root causes of business issues and develop effective, actionable solutions.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure data accuracy and thorough documentation.
  • A working knowledge of relevant business management principles and the ability to apply them to commercial sales planning.

Required skills and qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in analytics and systems development
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio (or Mirro)
  • Proven ability to manage user testing
  • High proficiency in technical writing
