About the Role

We are excited to invite a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Behavioral Specialist(LBS) to join our dedicated and collaborative team of clinicians and administrators. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services across center, home, and community settings within one of our service areas.

As a key member of our clinical team, you will develop, implement, and supervise ABA treatment plans; provide direct client support; and oversee RBT performance to ensure high-quality, ethically sound care.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBTs and clinical staff
  • Monitor treatment effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
  • Maintain consistent communication with families and caregivers
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in clinical team meetings
  • Support center-based services and programming as needed
  • Participate in company-led training and professional development
  • Apply current ABA research and best practices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification (Required)
  • Active Pennsylvania LBS license (Required)
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience conducting assessments, developing ABA programs, and supervising ABA staff
  • Ability to commute to and work from Lancaster, 17602 PA (Required)
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to relocate prior to starting (if not local)

Schedule
