Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at a fast-paced seafood ramen from Japan with Mechlin 2 stars Chef Saka created. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
  • Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register system.
  • Provide recommendations for menu items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience.
  • Prepare and serve food according to health and safety standards, ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including tables, utensils, and serving stations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a quick service
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is an advantage.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights as needed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
